What is your connection to Oklahoma?

The members were raised in Oklahoma, and have families here. Two in Edmond, one in Midwest City, one in Oklahoma City, and one in Rush Springs, OK. Three of the members own an outdoor music venue in Southwest Oklahoma named Coffee Creek Music Complex. They all love music and enjoy living in the Sooner state.

History of the Band

Just a group of guys hanging out in a local bar talking about when they played in a heavy metal band. Got thinking and decided to hang up the heavy metal and go Country. Our lead singer was the drummer in the band he played in. Never sang before but had always wanted too. His younger brother was the lead guitarist in the Heavy Metal Band but hated country music. He decided if they would play upbeat country songs he'd give it a try. The Bass player played in several bands when he lived in Georgia. The drummer had played in several bands and wanted to try something different. At first they just got together to see how things would go and they all decided that they really liked their sound and decided to get serious. They now practice 3 times a week and try and play several shows each week if possible. They all have jobs. Three of the band members lay tile for a living. One works in real estate and the other is a part manager for a local dealership. For now, they are enjoying what they are doing!

Advice

  • We play at different local bars around the OKC area. We also do benefits, fairs and festivals. Currently we do not have our music for sale but you can check out our website and see some of the songs we do! We have written some originals and do a lot of cover songs. Hope you will come and check us out some time.
  • Give more than you take.
  • Follow your dream.
  • Always be respectful to the venue owners.
  • Always try to give a great show no matter how many people attend.
  • Enjoy what you are doing! It's not all about the money or your egos......
