The Bottom Line
It's not exactly a long-standing OKC tradition since it's only been around since '97, but the Deep Fork Grill is considered by many to offer the largest selection of fresh seafood in town. Classic guitar music is featured on occasion as patrons enjoy the warm, friendly environment and great food.

Guide Review - The Deep Fork Grill
The Deep Fork Grill ranks quite easily as one of my favorite restaurants in OKC, and it's particularly well-suited for an evening out or a private reception.
The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, with an almost rustic feel in areas built of wood and rock. Though certainly suggestive of a fine dining experience, there is also an upscale casualness, particularly at lunch and brunch.
You'll find some of the best service around at Deep Fork. At the busier times such as weekend evenings, I've had to wait for a table, but though I'm not sure whether it's a typical practice, I received small appetizers while I waited. The waiters are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and the food is equally impressive.
In fact, I find little to critique when it comes to Deep Fork. It's known for some fantastic, fresh seafood such as Grilled Chilean Sea Bass or Rainbow Trout with pecan brown butter, but I find the steak to rival some of the best in the city as well. House specialties include Balsamic Glazed Duck Breast, there are also some tasty pizza options, and the entrées generally cost in the $10-35 range. Deep Fork is well worth that, if you ask me.
