If you plan to make the trip to Miami, there are several options available to you. But don't wait because airline tickets and hotels are going fast.
Travel
Since the game takes place just after the busy holiday travel season, airlines will be booked quickly. However, you can check availability and even purchase tickets online.
Also, consider renting a car. The drive will take approximately 23 hours, strictly driving time, so make sure you give yourself plenty of cushion in your driving plans.
Accommodations
If you don't have any friends or family in the Miami area with whom you can stay, you'll need to book yourself a hotel.
Miami, of course, has plenty of options for hotels. The Orange Bowl's list of presenting hotels includes names such as Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton and more. The rates for those range anywhere from about $119 up to $300.
In addition, the Orange Bowl has partnered with VIP Ticket Company for travel packages, which include game tickets, hotel and more.
If you're trying to make the trip on the cheap, you might find some lower-priced hotels in one of the suburbs of Miami such as Doral, Coral Gables or Kendall, especially if you're driving or renting a car.
To See and Do
While you're in town, why not take some time to visit the sites around Miami. About has our very own Miami Guide, Renee Chapple, who can help you find the best places to see. Check out the Top Miami Attractions and, if you're arriving early, Miami's best New Year's Eve parties.
