Drive-in movie theaters were quite popular in Oklahoma City in years long past, but it's now difficult to find one. There is only one drive-in movie theater left in Oklahoma City, the Winchester, and another, the Beacon, is operating north of OKC in Guthrie.

Tickets: $5 adult, $3 children (3-10), children (under 3) free. Check Showtimes and Buy Tickets online.

Directions: The Winchester is located on Western, just north of I-240 and south of SW 59th.

Season: The Winchester season runs from April to October, and the theater is only open on weekends during the spring and fall. Gates open at 7:30 p.m., and the theater offers triple features as well.

Beacon Drive-In (Guthrie):

Directions: The Beacon is located in Guthrie, a short drive north of the metro area. The theater is just off Highway 77, south of Industrial Road, west of the airport.

Season: The Beacon Drive-In is open on weekends only in September and October but nightly from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The family-operated theater has audio available on FM radio.
