Well, a number of Oklahoma City restaurants and businesses offer unique specials for Valentine's Day.
The following have been updated for 2013, though I'm still waiting on details for a couple that were mentioned last year. If you have more to add or information on these, just let me know.
Have Rumble the Bison Surprise Your Valentine
From February 12th through the 14th, Oklahoma City Thunder mascot Rumble the Bison can deliver a personal, Valentine's Day message to your family member or loved one. You can even get special Thunder items.Cost: $300
What's Included: Rumble will arrive with sound system playing a love song, A digital picture of the recipient with Rumble will be emailed, Gift basket – Along with Thunder items, there will be items like chocolates, candles, and a card, Quality time with Rumble! Museum Dinner and Dance
The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum holds a Valentine's Dinner and Dance from 6-10 p.m. on February 14th. Held in the Sam Noble Special Events Center, the meal is presented by Dining on Persimmon Hill, and there is dancing.Cost: $44.95 per person
What's Included: Dinner includes salad; choice of entree such as Tender Marinated Roast Beef, Roasted Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast w/Caramel Glaze, Pork Loin w/Pomegranate Jalapeno and Lasagna Spinach Rollups; sides such as Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes, Wild Rice w/Craisens & Almonds, Steamed Mixed Vegetables and Roasted Green Beans; dessert such as Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries, Apple Tart, Bread Pudding and more; and a beverage of iced tea and coffee.

OK City Chorus Singing Valentines
Deliver your sweetie a singing valentine from an acclaimed four-part harmony group. The OK City Chorus is offering special deliveries to homes, businesses, schools or restaurants from Yukon to Midwest City and Edmond to Norman.Cost: $50 for live delivery, $10 for phone delivery, $5 for e-Valentine

Melting Pot Dinner Special
Fondue restaurant The Melting Pot will have a four course lunch and dinner special for Valentine's Day. A complimentary champagne flute is included, and reservations are required.Cost: $130 per couple (plus tax and 18% gratuity)
What's Included: Loaded Baked Potato Cheddar Cheese Fondue, Orchard Salad, Limoncello Balsamic Filet Mignon, Roasted Garlic Shrimp, Honey Orange Chicken, Memphis BBQ Pork Tenderloin, Potstickers, Asparagus and Snickerdoodle Chocolate Fondue for dessert.

Romantic River Cruises
The Oklahoma River Cruises are offering a Valentine's Day special 90-minute romantic cruise from 7:30-9 p.m. on Valentine's Day.Cost: $30 per person

Sooner Legends Inn & Suites Getaway
The Sooner Legends Inn & Suites in Norman has a special "Getaway" for Valentine's Day. There are two packages available. The "Honeymoon" package has everything detailed below but is $20 more for a suite.Cost: $125 per couple

Valentine's Day Dinner at the Skirvin
Park Avenue Grill, the restaurant inside the downtown Skirvin Hotel will celebrate Valentine's Day with a special dinner available February 14-16.Cost: $75 per person
What's Included: The 5-course dinner menu features entree choices Roasted Monkfish, Bourbon-glazed Pork Loin, Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs with Grilled Prawns or Wild Mushroom & Asparagus Risotto.
