About: Started by Edmond's Mike Sandefur, the Battered Boar Brewing Company began pre-selling brews in early 2009 before debuting with three beers in July.
Beer Options: Battered Boar Brewing Company currently offers three beers: Briar Patch Amber, Heartbreak Hefeweizen and Company Man Pale Ale. A second batch of releases is expected to include a Coconut Cream Stout.

COOP Ale Works

About: In March of 2009, COOP Ale Works' beer debut came at the next-door 51st Street Speakeasy in Oklahoma City. Started by Mark Seibold, JD Merryweather, Daniel Mercer and Chase Healey, the company offers several beer options.
Beer Options: As of early 2010, COOP offerings include Horny Toad Cerveza, a Zeppelin German Wheat, Native Amber, Belgian-style DNR, a dark Gran-Sport Porter, Imperial Stout and a seasonal Oktoberfest beer.

Huebert Brewing Company

About: According to founder and owner Rick Huebert, Huebert Brewing Company is the oldest licensed microbrewery in the state. The 6500 square foot facility opened in the Capitol Hill area in 2003.
Beer Options: In addition to seasonal brews such as Chocolate Mint Stout for the holidays, Huebert features wheat beers Wild Pony and Deep Deuce, a Tucker Pale Ale and German style Rasenmaher. Also, Huebert is the company behind the POPS Hops beer at POPS 66.
