Oklahoma Baby Names 2010

The Most Popular Baby Names in the State of Oklahoma

By , About.com Guide

Since 1920, the Social Security Administration has tracked the top given names for male and female births each year, breaking them down by state and allowing us to see the most popular baby names in Oklahoma. It's interesting to see the changes over the course of time. For example, in 1920, Mildred, Doris and Albert made the top 20 nationally while 2010 included Mia, Addison and Aiden. Some names such as Michael and Elizabeth regularly appear.

The most popular baby names in the state of Oklahoma often include several names that also make the national list. Here are the ten most popular names given to babies born in the state of Oklahoma for 2010.
