Many are familiar with the top holiday lighting displays
in the Oklahoma City area, organized by communities and/or professional entities. But don't forget that there are also a number of excellent private and neighborhood Christmas light displays in OKC as well.

The Branch family has been decorating their home at 6708 NW 115th St. with a synchronized musical display for a couple of years. Make your way to the Warwick Heights Addition in Oklahoma City and tune your radio to 106.1 for the show.
At 2900 72nd Avenue, about one-half mile south of Highway 9 in Norman, you will find the Downs Family Christmas
lighting display. The show lasts about 18 minutes, synchronized to music played on FM 107.1, and there is plenty of room for parking.
Just a couple of miles south of the Downs display in Norman is the Lewis Family Christmas at 7000 Post Oak Road near Noble, Oklahoma. Stretching along the street before and after the house itself, it's quite a production for a private residence, well worth the drive.

The Markwell Lights
, located at the 2100 block of North Markwell Avenue (near 23rd and Council), feature seven houses linked and synchronized to music on FM 102.3.
Drive to Calm Waters Way in Edmond, a neighborhood just north of Sorghum Mill and Sooner Road, to enjoy the McIntire Christmas Light Show from 6-10 p.m. Sun-Thur and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. The music is played on 97.7 FM.
NW 19th & OlieAnother excellent synchronized lights-to-music house is at NW 19th & Olie (near Western). There's a parking lot just across the street where you can enjoy the show.
Though they don't have lighting display contests or organized events, you can often find some very well-decorated homes in the neighborhoods in Nichols Hills.

Take the short drive to the Pond Pro Shop in Shawnee, 2 miles north of the Shawnee Mall for a Christmas Extravaganza with over 30,000 LED lights on display in their water garden. There are 18 lighted water features and thousands of lights dancing to Christmas carols. Located at 7901 N. Kickapoo, the store is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. From Thanksgiving until Christmas, the store and display yard will be open until 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

njoy the Stone Christmas Lights display, a show featuring a 9 x 15 HD video screen and roughly 20,000 LED lights coordinated to Christmas music. It runs Sunday - Thursday from 6-10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 6-11 p.m.
