Yukon MuseumsThe city of Yukon features a couple of options for museum lovers. Yukon's Best Railroad Museum (3rd and Main) features historical train cars while the Yukon Farm Museum (3rd and Cedar) has historic tractors and equipment. Also, check out the Yukon Historical Society Museum and Art Center (601 Oak Street). It features a replica of businesses on Main Street and a complete history of the town as well as the Stage Door Theatre performance group.
Did you know that Yukon is the Czech capitol of Oklahoma? There's an annual Oklahoma Czech Festival the first Saturday of each October in which Czech Hall pays tribute to early Yukon settlers. Every other day of the year, Czech Hall, built in 1901, is a social center and meeting place. It hosts everything from lodge meetings and parties to Czech plays, Czech language classes, and polka dances.
Historic DowtownThe city of Yukon began in the late 1800's and has plenty to offer in historic areas. Located along Route 66, downtown Yukon includes a number of shops and restaurants, and it also features historic homes of the original town founders.
Kirkpatrick Family Farm
The site for a number of annual Yukon events such as the Easter celebration
and the Chisholm Trail Crawfish Festival
, Kirkpatrick Family Farm is a 33-acre farm that opened in the early 1900's. It hosts numerous community events throughout the year and is a fun place for families.

Yukon BMX RacewayOperated by the Yukon Parents and Riders Association, the Yukon BMX Raceway is located at Lewis Carroll Taylor Park on 11th Street. Spectators can watch any race for free, and first time riders can try out the track for free as well. Even experienced riders can learn more about racing, and the BMX race season runs from January 1st to December 15th each year.
Robert Funk Jr. bought eight rare Clydesdale horses in the mid-1990's and brought them to a ranch in Yukon, Oklahoma. They became quite popular, and now the ranch has 40 of the majestic creatures that appear at events across the nation, including the Oklahoma State Fair
. Head 4 miles north of I-40 on Garth Brooks Boulevard in Yukon to visit the Express Clydesdales Barn. There's also a welcome center and gift shop.
