As I'm in the process of collecting information for this year's list of summer camps around the metro, I came across a cool promotion for families at the Harkins Bricktown theater. "Summer Movie Fun" is a series of 10 family films, one each week from June 4th through August 10th.
Season tickets for all 10 movies go on sale tomorrow morning at harkinstheatres.com and are only $5, just fifty cents per movie. If you purchase on the day of the show, tickets are $2 each. Shows start at 9:45 a.m., and here's the movie calendar:
- Happy Feet Two: 6/4-6/8
- Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who: 6/11-6/15
- Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked: 6/18-6/22
- Rio: 6/25-6/29
- Kung Fu Panda 2: 7/2-7/6
- Mr. Popper's Penguins: 7/9-7/13
- Puss in Boots: 7/16-7/20
- The Smurfs: 7/23-7/27
- Arthur Christmas: 7/30-8/3
- Hotel for Dogs: 8/6-8/10
