Oklahoma City shoppers have waited and watched for over a year as construction progressed on The Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City, the metro's new 348,000 square foot outlet mall at the intersection of I-40 and Council. With 83 total stores, 40 of them new to Oklahoma City, it is sure to be a popular retail destination. And this next weekend, looking to take advantage of the state's annual sales tax holiday, those shoppers and others from across the state and region will flood the covered walkways along the "racetrack layout" for the mall's Grand Opening event.
During special Grand Opening weekend hours, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. August 5-6 and noon to 7 p.m. August 7, The Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City will feature a meet and greet with Marvel Comic's Captain America and Spiderman, face painters, sports mascots, acrobats and a caricature artist as well as live performances from former American Idol contestant Lacey Brown, musician Jamie Bramble, Salsa dancers and more. In addition to the extensive list of stores, the center offers a large food court, children's play area and center entertainment courtyard with fountains.

I feel that this was a really good idea now i can go to that one store and get what i am looking for if it is a tommy hilfiger that i am looking for i can go right into that store this outlet mall is the prefect place for me to shop thanks to you all good job done

Hours are: Monday – Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday: Noon to 6 p.m.

My assumption is that they filled the positions before the grand opening. However, you should contact the individual stores for more information.
Is the new outlet mall going to be open on Labor day Sept. 5th, and if so what are the hours.
