Bedlam Week

Sunday November 23, 2008
Passions are always high on both sides of the Bedlam aisle as the split in allegiance divides the state and even some families. As if we needed any more fuel to the fire. Well, after the Oklahoma Sooners demolished the number 2 team in the country yesterday in Norman, the 2008 version of Bedlam takes on added significance. Though they aren't going to win the Big 12, the Oklahoma State Cowboys will be playing in their backyard, a chance to knock OU out of the national title chase.

Oklahoma has won the last 5 and took last year's by a comfortable margin, but that won't matter much when the 7 p.m. kickoff arrives in Stillwater next Saturday. The ESPN Gameday crew will be there, and all the college football eyes of the nation will be on Boone Pickens Stadium.

So... Who wins it? I've given a brief breakdown of the 2008 Bedlam game, giving reasons why each side could win and what they need to do to achieve that goal. I'll make my prediction later in the week. You can make yours now on the comments section below or the OKC Discussion Forum.
