"OKC's Got Talent" NBA Auditions

With just over two months until Oklahoma City's first regular season NBA game at the Ford Center, the roster is essentially set. Unfortunately for you basketball players, there won't be any tryouts for the team as far as I'm aware. For just about everything else, however, you're in luck.

OKC's NBA team will be conducting auditions in mid-September for game night entertainment including public address announcer, national anthem singers, emcee and halftime performers. All amateurs and professionals (accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 18) can pre-register for an auction invite opportunity by submitting a work sample. In addition, the team has set a date and time for Dance Team auditions. Any woman 18 or older can register online for the September 7th auditions at the Cox Convention Center. Though these are closed to the public, the Dance Team Finals will be held at Toby Keith's on September 11th.
