I've spoken with a few people the past couple of days who have been unable to reach their insurance companies in order to report ice storm damage, so I thought I'd pass along this telephone number. The Oklahoma Insurance Department has established a hot line for those who have property damage due to the recent weather and are unable to get a hold of their agent. The number to call is (800) 522-0071.
