OKC Weekend Highlights: 1/12-1/14

I'm not sure how many will actually want to venture out in the weather we're expected to have in the metro this weekend, but the event highlights take place at the Cox Convention Center. Today, Saturday and Sunday the 6th annual OKC Winter Quilt Show will run from 10am to 5pm. Call (405) 853-6801 for more information.

And the Cox Convention Center will also host the Red Hot Chili Peppers in concert tonight with special guest Gnarles Barkley. Tickets are available online or by calling (405) 235-8288.

If you are staying home, make sure you're prepared for the storm. Winterize your home as much as possible, stock up on groceries early and be ready for possible power outages.
