Remembering April 19, 1995

Tuesday April 18, 2006
11 years ago, one of history's greatest tragedies occurred right here in Oklahoma City. And tomorrow, residents all across the city will take a moment to reflect on that day, the horror that it brought and the city's collective strength and courage that followed. It will take place at one of the most emotional sites in the United States.

The Oklahoma City National Memorial will hold its annual remembrance at 9am tomorrow morning with 168 seconds of silence beneath the Survivor Tree. In addition, Cox Communications has picked up the tab to provide all visitors to the Memorial Museum free admission all day tomorrow.
