Top 10 Famous Oklahomans

Last week we had the Top 10 Movies Filmed in Oklahoma, and this week brings another star-driven ranking. From Garth Brooks to Oklahoma's favorite son, our state is called home by a number of past and present greats in the entertainment field.

You'll almost certainly be familiar with some of them, and a couple might surprise you. But save the e-mails on Brad Pitt. He didn't make the list because he moved at a young age and typically claims Missouri as his home state. Despite the similarities to the entertainment field, those in politics are not included here. Neither are the famous athletes from Oklahoma. Those are lists for another day. But here are the Top 10 Famous Oklahomans.
