OKC Weekend Highlights
Friday February 10, 2006
It's a pretty good weekend for the sports fans in Oklahoma City. The Hornets take on the Knicks at the Ford Center tonight, and the Blazers play both tonight and Saturday. Tonight's game is at the Cox Convention Center while tomorrow's will be at the Ford Center.
The Extreme Monster Truck Nationals take place today through Sunday at Fair Park's Travel and Transportation and Centennial buildings and Carriage Hall. Call 948-6700 for more information.
Spring is right around the corner, and Cleveland County is holding their Home and Garden Expo at the fairgrounds in Norman Saturday and Sunday. Check here for more information.
And Saturday is Oklahoma City Sweethearts Day at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. This one day workshop is free and open to all couples married, engaged or considering marriage. In fact, those who attend receive a certificate to reduce your marriage license fee from $50 to just $5. Can't beat that.
