The Check is in the Mail

All the talk of the Oklahoma State Income Tax Rebates appears to be true. Governor Henry announced yesterday that the checks are indeed in the mail, and residents should receive them in time for holiday shopping. Nearly everyone who paid state income taxes in 2004 will receive a rebate check. The money represents the excess in the Rainy Day Fund after state revenue more than filled it.
